Description:
Bed and Breakfast for business travelers. Amenities would include, an underground swimming pool, a work shop,(which I would convert into a workout center), an office that measures 24x30 and much more. My service would be to accommodate people traveling to do business in Lafourche Parish with the Port of Fourchon. The amenities would be indoor pool, hot breakfast and dinner, wash and fold in house laundry service, dry cleaning pickup and delivery service. Along with this, if the property is big enough, I would also entertain the idea of horseback riding, four wheelers, hiking trail, and motor boat for fishing.
