Description: We are excited for our potential investors, because we are gearing up to producing 11 great indie films in 2020 starting our first release is late June. Investors can seek to invest in our multiple films, we call this diversifying your film portfolio. As with any good investment strategy, investing in indie films should be one string to your bow and not the whole bow. By holding a diversified portfolio, you should be able to reduce your exposure to individual asset risk. Don't gamble on one film hoping to hit the jackpot (even though that is possible), look to fund 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 11 films instead; that way, there is a better chance to hit the movie jackpot(s)! Our Return Structures We are giving investors the option to invest/fund in our films starting at $250,000, $550,000 and $1,000,000, this gives our investors the opportunity to make the perfect choice for the project he/she is most excited about!  Each of those investment/funding amounts have a revenue share percentage attached to them. Instead of a return of investment, we offer a return ON investment. As a good faith gesture, we return 2/6th guaranteed minimum (GM) on all film investments, no matter how good or bad our movies sell.  Our return agreement is built around the IRS section 179 “BONUS DEPRECIATION” FOR INVESTORS AND FILM PRODUCTIONS, The purpose is to create a tax incentive for investors to invest in feature films made in the United States. Under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2018 (TCJA) likewise creates a 100% deduction for any money invested in a film production that is produced in the United States and that qualifies under the original qualification standards of Section 181. What does a 100% tax deduction mean for a film investor? It means that for every $1.00 that a high net worth investor invests in a film, the investor can write off 37 cents from that investor’s tax return. That is a tremendous incentive to invest in a film when more than a third of the investment can be written off, receiving 100% tax deductible investment return on investment within the same year the movie is “in service” (being available for the public to view). Also, since we are in GA most if not all our films will be certified for investors to receive a 30% tax credit for min.
