We have been looking to open a fast food establishment. We have found a good location on Route 94 in Blooming Grove, NY which is a high traffic area. It is a small building with parking for roughly 20 cars. The owner of the building is updating everything from the plumbing, heating, electrical, sidewalk, (URL removed)ically the building has been gutted and the outside also completely redone.
