Description:
Earthrise Space, Inc. (ESI) will be the world’s first recurring commercial lunar payload delivery service provider that will support the needs of the emerging NewSpace industry and the lunar exploration and development market, through the company’s landmark Omega Envoy Project. ESI is actively pursuing the Google Lunar XPRIZE, an international competition that is igniting a new era of lunar exploration by offering the largest international incentive prize of all time with a total prize purse of $30M available to the first privately funded team to complete the mission objectives.
ESI has secured the Innovative Lunar Demonstrations Data Contract from NASA worth up to $10M in revenue to the company. ESI will provide NASA with data derived from the Omega Envoy spacecraft development and mission. In addition, ESI provides services to private companies, defense/government agencies, and educational institutions that currently wish to explore space, and are seeking low cost products and services to accomplish their mission requirements. ESI’s efforts in this area will provide accessibility to space exploration and new space technology, and will stimulate innovation, development, and educational interests through ESI’s involvement in STEM programs with young professionals, many of which will become the future workforce for the space industry.
ESI’s business objectives are to develop and operate commercial space transportation systems, to develop and sell low cost off-the-shelf reliable commercial space products, and to provide support services that focus on landing and operating on the lunar surface and other astronomical bodies. ESI has a $1.6M contract with Inversiones Angelicvm to send a 1kg payload to the lunar surface and is currently in negotiation to close $21.6M in payload delivery services with additional organizations.
