Description:
Award-winning custom home builder from Portland, Oregon specializing in new arts and crafts bungalow homes. We build our homes with a classic style of construction, but with the highest quality and energy efficiency of today. We have won more local Home Builders Association awards over the last three years than any other builder, including the last two "Green" building awards. We have also recently been given a National Guildmaster award for customer service based on survey results from our customers. We are a highly respected builder who is seeking an investor to land bank 30 lots in a subdivision for us. The property is a 37 lot subdivision with a completed model home, one completed spec, four specs in construction, and one pre-sold. Sale prices range from $620,000 to $750,000. O
