we are a old fashion type of nieghborhood market that will have home deliveries to the elderly and single family homes. we will be carrying mostly hispanis food due to the large population of Hispanics in the area. we have 3250 square feet of selling floor space. with a total amount of 260 liniar feet of shelving. and 32 feet of dairy. will have 36 feet of cold drinks from both coke and pepsi. we are estimating after 6 months of the store making $2000 a day. we have remodeled an old cleaners that was here into this store and have spent a total of $120,000 on the remodeling. this has taken the cash out of my hands and now i am at the point of stocking the shelves to open the store. a total price of stocking with selfs is estimated at $50,000.
