Is a startup company focused on commercializing a line of rapid patient-side diagnostic test kits to detect specific oral disease pathogens associated with caries (tooth decay & cavities) and periodontal disease (gum disease). The incidence of these diseases is very high in the US and throughout the world. Furthermore, the bacteria associated with these diseases can enter the bloodstream, cause inflammation of arteries, contribute to cardiovascular disease, and cause damage to other organs throughout the body. Our test kits will provide dentists and physicians with semi-quantitative results in minutes that will help them identify patients with dangerously high pathogenic bacteria levels. Treatment decisions or referrals will be possible during the patient’s office visit. Our test kits will utilize a patented technology which we have licensed from the US Navy. Annual sales are projected to exceed $15 million within 5 years. We are currently seeking an equity investment of $500K. Our management team is strong with many years of related experience, including the commercialization of similar medical and veterinary diagnostic test kits.
