I acquired only Remax office in the southern tier N.Y . the business i bought had been here for 15years. I expanded the office from 8 agents to 26 agents. i would like to acquire 3-4 real estate companies in the next 2 years, the real estate market is soft and some owners are looking to sell at bargain prices.
