Wingstop,Inc.(Franchise of 495 stores, which all stores gross 25k-35k weekly;payrolling appr. 7-10 employees;overhead extremely low,averaging appr. 15k-25k montly. I have invested close to 88k and am ready to build out. City,Health,& Fire plans all approved. I had a loan with the bank and fulfilled ALL requirements, but my credit scores dropped from the time I started loan in February and that bank also just recently undergone major changes and laid off so far 100's of employees. All cash injections, lease, franchise, development, architectural fees all paid. Contractor in place as well. I am scheduled to build within the next 2 - 3 wks.
