Team'Sota is dedicated to offering training and playing opportunities for volleyball players of all ages and skill levels. We are committed to investing in our players both as athletes and as individuals, regardless of personal financial situations. Through our programs, we aim to enrich our players’ lives through sport, providing them with the tools to become better athletes and well-rounded human beings. Team’Sota offers essential skills camps, advanced skills camps, and competitive team training emphasizing "next level" techniques and the competitive psychology of the game. As part of the Complete Volleyball Athlete Training program, we focus on best practices for personal health and mental wellness to enrich and teach life skills. This holistic approach ensures our players are better equipped to handle competition and adversity both on and off the court. A secondary service is providing much needed court rental space to the Minneapolis-St Paul volleyball community at affordable rates. While Team'Sota is currently and actively seeking funding, we have already secured multiple annual contracts in faith to achieve significant court rental usage.
