My husband, Matthew & I have been investing in real estate for the last 15 (fifteen) years and as you well know what the real estate market is doing now, we are finding ourselves house rich and cash poor! We have purchased homes through foreclosures, tax deeds, MLS, distressed, REO's and new construction. We have even purchased a property that had a problem with the code enforcement which we were able to take care of. While Matt has renovated most of the properties himself, we are now hiring out the handyman work. That enables us to look for more properties to purchase.
Our future goal is to purchase a Mobile Home Park and/or Apartment Complex because there will always be a need for "Affordable" Housing in our country!
