Description:
Fashionisto: “a man who lives, love’s and breathes everything fashion.” Defined by Rosario Rositani
“The Spy Collection”
The concept
The “Spy Collection” is more than just a name; it is literally the collection of a former undercover operative who operated throughout Europe under the cover of a variety of “civilian” positions.
Background
Operating within a variety of social circles this former spy was infiltrated among high level nobility, politicians and even some dangerous criminal enterprises to accomplish tasks and missions and to implement certain “undercover” initiatives. Appearance and apparel were important tools to maintain cover and to gain acceptance within various circles.
Now retired from the “Agency”, Rosario Rositani is launching a high end prêt-a-porter men’s fashion line based on the clothing and fashion that was a large part of his life “undercover”.
The vision/ mood
The line consists of dress, formal and casual attire. Style and comfort are the primary attributes of the line. The line will utilize only the finest fabrics and materials.
The line captures and combines the sophisticated look of the Sean Connery version of the “James Bond” movie character with the rugged masculine look of the modern Daniel Craig version.
Understated elegance and premium quality fabrics and materials define the fashion statement. The look and feel will impart a sense of confidence and competence.
The brand will be a recognizably upscale line of men’s apparel that is comfortable, stylish and functional with a distinct but subtle overtone of intrigue.
Rosario will be working with a high profile designer:
The Designer
Ngaire Lynch is a notable New Zealand designer with extensive experience in the industry. Ngaire’s designs have been showcased in various fashion shows and events
Notes: The fashion line can be launched in conjunction with a compelling and dramatic biography that recounts many of Mr. Rositani’s situations as an operative.
We are seeking funds to purchase fabric to complete our portfolio for buyers, who have showed an interest in our brand and concept. A sketch portfolio is available and pictures of half of our clothesline that are sewn and ready, are also available. Our fashion line project, after having been intensely researched, is without competitors; we are the only fashion designer that boasts a Spy Collection. Our office location will be in a NYC loft, the city of my birth.
There are many fashion websites that dive into male and female fashion articles, but here is the underlying question regarding the fashion reporters, have any truly studied fashion by hitting the streets of the world, absorbing different and unique cultures so to introduce, not only their own clothesline, but a line fashionable for that particular culture? My team and I have hit the global streets and we feel comfortable with our website, future clothes line, blog and who to sell our products.
We are in search of funding to realize a dream I put on hold years ago. Our great country recruited me off the streets and made a solid case for their reason to need me. I accepted the dangerous job, with no regrets. I separated myself from the Central Intelligence Agency to dedicate full-time toward my dream of becoming a fashion designer. While on missions overseas, I scrutinized how US citizens, and friends, became wealthy by realizing their hopes and dreams. There was a positive side to the latter; I understood that during my missions, I was protecting my country and citizens were able to work on their projects and become successful because they were free from malevolence and from another attack. I hope to impress you enough to fulfill a long-awaited dream, a project years in the making. Please provide me the opportunity to enhance my projects summary, which will discuss how fashion came into my life and how my Italian immigrant parents ignited fashion into my soul. I am stopped everyday, at the mall, on the streets, from people, men and women to let me know they love my clothes. Today, at the mall, two young women approached me to let me know they loved my look and how well my clothes fit my body. I change my look daily. If funded, we will hit a virgin market, with a niche and the use of my global contacts, will expose our clothesline to the world.
