Description:
The purpose of this business plan is to raise and examine the allocation of $4M of equity and $16M of debt funds for a business that provides direct travel lines via high speed ferry to and from West Palm Beach, Florida and Freeport, Bahamas expanding to other routes throughout the Bahamas. Ride Ocean Zoom (“the Company” doing business as Ocean Zoom) will operate one vessel on a daily basis that will provide passengers with a low cost means of travel that is less expensive than airfare. The service will provide a fast method of travel that will be more convenient and quicker on a total journey time basis than the comparable air travel option taking just two hours to complete the journey. The Company was founded by Rosalind Withers.
