This project is a twelve room upscale boutique hotel on Samara Beach, to be owned and managed by Doug Ancel and Rosy Rios. The property will be uniquely situated on a one-acre titled lot, approximately 1-minute’s walk to the ocean. We plan to offer superior quality and amenities to existing hotels for prices comparable to hotels in Samara and Carrillo. Location is at the end of Samara Beach, across from Isla Chora, by car 5 minutes from the village of Samara and 5 minutes from Carrillo airport. You can walk on the beach to nearby restaurants within 10-15 minutes and to Samara in 30 minutes. Samara is on a well-paved road which is 2 hours from Liberia International Airport and 4 hours from San Jose’s airport.
