Description: My Invention: THE TAYLOR BRACELET! PROJECT I am very pleased and excited to present this proposal for your review. I’m interested in working with you to provide what’s needed for my invention that I call The Taylor Bracelet, which is designed to make travel aboard cruise ships safer. Over the years, there have been numerous reports of crimes aboard cruise ships, such as raping of female passengers as young as 12 years of age. Such crimes would be committed either by crew members or other passengers. And to make matters worse, whenever the victim, or victim’s parents attempt to take action by suing the cruise line, or having the FBI investigate the matter; even if the offender is caught, being that there’s usually lack of solid evidence, the worst persecution for the offender would be him losing his job, and/or serving jail time for no more that five months. Rape is only one of the major crimes that is often committed aboard cruise ships that the Taylor Bracelet is designed to prevent. To make cruises safer, the Taylor Bracelet, which will be worn by both the victim and the offender, will simultaneously sound a silent alarm to onboard security, the ship’s Captain, and the FBI and coast guard whenever a crime aboard a cruise ship is committed. The Taylor Bracelet’s capability of reading and identifying DNA, will reveal to the authorities who both the victim and offender are, as well as their exact location during the act of offense. During the past few years, I’ve been investing in my patent for The Taylor Bracelet monthly; and so far, I’ve successfully invested approximately $4,000. According to U.S.A patent services, the government has approved my project. My proposal for your grant reward is to complete the funding for my patent for the purpose of preventing as many unsolvable crimes aboard a cruise ship as possible.
