The major problem with e- commerce sites from a consumers prospective is there are not enough options, email bombardment as soon as you become a member, most auctions having false bottoms countdowns & many sites lack revisit value.

We are going to limit consumers frustrations with false bottom auctions, because nobody likes to find out that even though the clock hit zero the race is not over. We will also create a site that will be more engaging, adding more social content to the site that will make it more entertaining, creating an experience. Imagine having a bidding conversing with a fellow member, keeping members engaged with the business end of the site as well as the social.
In this market, There are 200 million members on ecommerce sites worldwide eBay alone has 82 million members, and we want to position ourselves between them and as many of those members as possible. We are looking to be first be on par then eventually surpass the current numbers held by the top sites around the world.
In order to accomplish we have put our ideas forth, and are actively looking for interested parties who believe in our ideas and direction equally. Our site will require $1.2mil in start-up capital, These funds will be used for Office space, equipment, employee salaries, and marketing.
The site will be an internet base company designed to combine all of the best individual and already proven ideas in the industry. Combining all available ways of trading, auctioning, buying and selling into one all-inclusive website. We are looking to start a company with big ambitions and to eventually become the benchmark company of our industry. The company ties in all the functionality that makes sites such as eBay, Quibids, Amazon and other auction and merchant sites great places to visit.
We are looking to create this because we seen a basic need that this market has seemingly forgotten. And are looking to pick the pieces and all the opportunities it brings and run with it.
We are in the very beginnings of what "is" a great opportunity for all who will be involved. We are looking for seed money to begin our project and start on the path.
