The pland is geared to help you not only lose weight but eat healthy, lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Food is wholesome and fresh. NOT FROZEN OR FREEZE DRIED OR DEHYDRATED. All food is prepared using nutritional guidelines from health and nutrition experts. We do all the work you just eat the food and enjoy.
