Description:
Black Ice Powersports, Inc. (also referred to as “the Company”) is an existing company seeking to modify and expand its current business to Suffolk County, Long Island. The Company plans to become a major distributor of power sports vehicles such as all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), dirt bikes, scooters, and motorcycles that are made in China. Black Ice Powersports will have the added advantage of a direct distributorship with manufacturers, which allows the Company to purchase the products at a reduced price and effectively compete with other nationwide distributors. As a supplier of reasonably priced power sports vehicles, Black Ice Powersports plans to acquire a sizeable share of the power sports vehicle market.
