We are a start-up company that produce an exceptional product (Gourmet Lumpia) that has been tested in our local market over the last 10 years with great reviews. It is now time to bring this product to the masses, beginning with a mobile food concession trailer that will attract business; while the product itself retains and draws more business. While opening up in our local highschool and working the Northern California Fair circuit we will not only be able to gross well above $250K Bi-Annually, we will also be hiring and teaching highschool students entrepreneurialism, business development and management skills. Ultimately, our goal is to develop franchises across the country that donates portions of profits to inner city programs for children in the communities in which we serve.
