Crania Co., the makers of CraniYums since 2004, is seeking for $500k in early stage business funding to launch 4 products nationally. CraniYums (URL removed) has developed a proven concept with an All-Natural Sugar-free Candy-like product with added "neurotransmitter precursor" technology. Sells to consumers in Health Products stores and to Integrative Medical Practioners. These 4 products are: Diet Support -- Contains medically proven appetite suppressants and the ingredients that are turned into serotonin and dopamine to help eliminate mood eating and curb carb cravings. Sold about $650,000 to patients, stores and over the internet since 2004 w/out outside funding. Mood Balance -- New since 2008 produces serotonin to control mood issues especially in women that occur seasonally and monthly or while under stress. Stress Relief for Men -- New 2008 produces dopamine and serotonin to help control stress. Energizes and calms simultaneously. These products are very timely for to launch nationally Energy Boost -- Incr. energy and motivation without caffeine, through dopamine and glutamine. Steady sales about $200K since 2005 Crania Co. is located in Spokane, WA and our company currently brings in annual gross sales of averaging $250k. I have included some basic details below regarding the funding that we're looking for. Crania Co. would prefer to receive funding from these types of sources: -Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.) At this point in time, we fully intend to use the funds that we raise for the following purposes: -Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc) National marketing through health food distributors such as UNFI, Select Nutrition, Threshold and direct to large store networks such as Seattle Super Supplements (27 stores) and Mother's in S.
