EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Hybrid Vehicle Corporation (“HVC”) is being formed as a Nevada corporation to develop and manufacture super-light hybrid diesel/electric mini-sports pickup trucks ("units") to retail for $16,500. The key to success is the unit cost to price ratio, a unique sporting design, and a power to weight ratio to produce a more realistic 75 miles per gallon on #2 diesel fuel.
The business is based on my lifelong hobby (racecar design and engineering) and my experience as a driver and owner/operator in the tucking industry indicating the benefit of utilizing the manufacturing technique used by all class-eight truck/tractor manufacturers. The technique lowers cost and production time by assembling units from chassis produced in volume under contract and from parts and major components purchased in volume from the major automobile Manufacturers, including from the plethora of automotive specialty manufacturers and suppliers.
INVESTMENT
A $500,000 Investment is offered Angel Investors to finance development of the prototype unit estimated to cost $375,000 and to contract with a “big-four” legal and accounting firm to produce the HVC Business Plan and an IPO Proposal based on this outline estimated to cost $75,000 (time frame ~ 12-months).
The remaining $50,000 will finance unforeseen costs and acquire an option on the land and the presentations before local planning authorities to secure approval to construct a 40,000 sq. ft. corporate office/production facility on the land and present the IPO Proposal to investment banks offering the usual .07% underwriting fee (time frame ~ 6-months).
The HVC Business Plan and IPO Proposal, the prototype unit, and the option on the land and facility project approval is necessary for the presentations before investment banks to underwriting a $38,000,000 NASDAQ registered IPO
to finance the HVC startup (startup time frame ~ 24-months).
INVESTMENT YIELD & TERM
Angel Investors are offered a 48% annual return on invested capital for a five-year term and the principal returned within two year based on the IPO, including 14%
in HVC incorporation stock.
The following six pages outline the Business Plan so Angel Investors can evaluate the merits and risk of the Investment that will give HVC the ability to present the IPO underwriting proposal, only made possible by the Angel Investment and the reason for offering an annual yield appropriate with the risk!
