We recognized a need for a Tortillia Factory & Bakery along with a Mexican Market in the area. We conducted an extensive research together with a resident’s survey asking about the need for a fresh baked tortillia’s and other baked goods along with specialized Mexican products used by Latino and Hispanic families. The results overwhelmingly supported the concept. There is no Tortillia Factory & Bakery within 15 to 20 mile radius, and the target market will include local residents along with five other nearby communities.
Our research studies has identified eight primary categories of product; Fresh baked tortillias & fresh baked goods, Fresh Produce, Deli, Meat & Poultry, Beer & Wine, Sodas/Chips, Taxable Cigarettes, Toys, and other Food Products.
Our company is going to provide one stop shopping for all their customers’ grocery needs, from check cashing convenience to their freshly produced tortillias and Mexican breads, to their fresh produce, meat & poultry, other Mexican food products & supplies.
Upon approval of the funding, the Principals will begin with Tennant Improvements and purchase the necessary equipments and (URL removed) lease for the premises is tentatively negotiated.
