Because we purchase the notes at a discount, we are able to offer our investors above average double-digit returns which typically range from 12% to 20% annualized depending on the particulars of each transaction.
All of the loans our company purchases are secured by equity in residential property. Most of our notes are 70% or less LTV, and many are 65% LTV or less. We purchase first trust deeds almost exclusively and each trust deed has title insurance.
