We purchase California residential properties from distressed homeowners who have equity in their home but cannot afford their current mortgage and/or are facing foreclosure from their current lender. We offer the homeowner an opportunity to restructure their debt and retain their home in exchange for a guaranteed return on investment coupled with a share of the future equity in the subject property.
We are raising $25-100 million. Management will commit the first $1 million. Projected return on investment is 18-20%. All funds will be secured by unencumbered residential property in Southern California.
