We are a gourmet mobile food unit specializing in made to order fresh choice rib-eye steak cheesesteaks on fresh 12 inch bread. We have re-branded the cheesesteak to the Arizona palate. We use "Hatch" green chile and roast them ourselves. We use a variety of other green chiles such as jalapeno and serranos. We use all fresh ingredients and nothing comes from a can.
