The initial design will include rides and attractions and, along with the parking area, will take up about 90 acres, leaving about 30 acres for the park to continue growing. The park will have plenty of attractions to keep the whole family busy for a whole day, so of course the park would not be complete without food and beverages. The park has all new original characters that will be trademarked and featured at Grumpy’s Universe to help develop the story behind the park.
