I'm proposing to open a "cereal bar". Its a relatively new concept that I thought of. It incorporates eating "cereal" in a cafe or "bar" style setting. It will be mainly targeted to students at university/college campuses and with no direct competition I think it will do fairly well. I am aware that this concept has been introduced in parts of the U.S. (where it seems to have found great success with its niche) but has been unheard of here in Canada. The competitive advantage of Cerious (company name) will be its unique design concept coupled with wi-fi wireless internet access that will make it a great hang-out for the selected target.
