We are a gathering of Men, Women and Children organized as the Stewards (Pioneer Settler Core Group) and Conservators (Non-Settler Members) dedicated to the creation and establishment of the Shambhala - Shasta Community, under the guidelines of our Shambhala Coden of Life and Living, creating a Space of Love (a Kin's Domain) on our Motherland.
Shambhala – Shasta Community will use foundation funds to establish and develop the Shambhala Ecovillage Research & Educational Project in the Shambhala Nature Preserve to be protected under the Shambhala Nature Conservancy that will forge private and public partnerships to manage, protect and promote stewardship of the natural and cultural resources of the Jefferson bio-region in Hornbrook, California; organize educational and outdoor recreational activities; and explore the potential for forming a municipal Conservation Commission.
