My team is addressing the problematic Northern VA/DC commute with a luxury bus service. We want to help people ease the frustration of traffic, go green, and be productive on their way to work. The features will include wifi access and a special payment system that will make identification much faster than current standards. The revenue model is bolstered by bus adsales. To demonstrate the potential of the concept, we have a proforma validated by extensive market research and real expenses generated from negotiations with potential suppliers. Our first goal is to raise money to do an initial pilot bus route.
