My company works within the wine and spirits trade and is seeking expansion funding to purchase and develop a property which would serve as a Cellaring/storage facility for buyers and collectors of fine wines and spirits. This facility would be a stately home to provide the ambiance sought out by individuals whom might otherwise pay for membership in private clubs,would provide similar services and benefits of a private club combined with the additional benefit of professionally designed,monitored and secure wine storage for cellaring their fine wines and spirits. The establishment would generate revenues from both membership( as a private club) and storage fees.
This would service private individuals, corporations and numerous members of the hospitality trade in need of extra space and proper controlled environments for wine storage.
