We will be milking dairy goat and making artisian cheese from the raw goats milk. We will be starting with a herd of 15 high producing goats from Califoria. We will be able to produce about 30 LbS of cheese per day and sale it at about $12.00 per Lb. We plan to grow our herd to about 40 head over the next few years with this growth we wll be able to produce more cheese. The land that we own and were the dairy will be has about 350 pecan producing trees that hould give us a income of about $15000 just from the pecans.
