We are currently looking for funding to purchase and wholesale / flip properties that have been foreclosed on in the St Louis Metro area. We are a small company with revenues in the 250 to 300 K range. We currently work do work for over 100 banks. We take care of properties in the foreclosure process from the first inspection until the eviction and sale is over. We have a unique view of the industry and are on track to service over 60 million in real-estate foreclosures this year. We now see an opportunity to capitalize on this market. With ours skills and trade knowledge along with proper funding we can over the next two to three years take full advantage of the situation at hand.
