Description:
RJS Designs is a startup retail decorating and event planning LLC founded by Roger J. Spinelli in June 2005. RJS Designs provides event planning and holiday decorating for homes and businesses. RJS intends to open a storefront to include a full-line florist consisting of floral items, fresh cut and silk flower arrangements, gift items, and home accents. There is only one florist in the city of Shelton, while there are over five hundred in Fairfield County. There isn’t one florist that incorporates a specialty retail venue offering the services, merchandise, and event planning that RJS Designs will. RJS Designs specializes in an assortment of high-quality merchandise at affordable prices, but what sets me apart is the attraction of my dramatic seasonal displays, especially around every holiday theme. RJS Designs is also known for my dramatic custom window designs that people come from miles around to see and be a part of. Bringing the community together is one of my priorities and top values. With the following proposal, RJS Designs intends on generating revenues within the first six months to guarantee punctual repayment to the lender. The strategies outlined in this business plan will be my blueprint for success.
