The principals of Agricultural International Produce Group, USA (AIPG-USA) are seeking funds in the amount of US Dollars Thirty Five Million ($35,000,000) for the acquisition of up to one thousand (1,000 - 1200) acres of farm land to grow feed and breed various livestock, purchase and shipment of United States grade (cattle, goat, and sheep) livestock to be integrated with the local Ghanaian stock/breed, construction of administrative offices, construction of chicken pens and farm buildings, ranch style fencing to hold cattle, goat, and sheep, slaughter houses, warehouse facilities, farms - two (2) food processing plants with equipment, one (1) food cannery plant with equipment, industrial refrigerated storage rooms, farm and other equipment, purchase and ship distribution trucks, buses to transport staff, build staff residential housing, solar energy technologies, wells and water purification equipment, industrial water reservoirs, septic systems and technology, and operating capital for at least one calendar year. The entire farming, processing plants, cannery plant, staff housing (residential sub-divisions x 2 providing a total of 465 units), management, administrative and operations head quarters will be situated within a five (5) miles square area.
