Description:
Custom software development and technology integration/consulting company. Current product offerings include Biometric solutions and other indentity based applications. Services include report writing, database development, custom programming. Looking to split the biometrics develompent into a separate division/company to concentrate on expanding products, areas of opportunities and ideas and bring them to market. We have the development expertise, but we need the funding to take the biometric solutions to the next level - meaning working capital, marketing, sales and delivery. Will not rely strictly on direct software sales. Will have products in place that allow licensing the technology solutions to other companies/vendors.
