I am Roger Bouwman VP of 3D Me Crystal Keepsakes Inc. 3D Me is a 3D Laser Crystal Imaging company founded in 2005. I have been taking a 3D image of the customer (your child, your favorite pet) & etching the image into crystal cubes with a laser for over 5 years for another company.
Colleges pay $3500 - $5000 for a 6 to 10 hr day. We etch 150 - 250 crystals of students & they get them free!
After expenses the company profits $1,500 or more per show. This show books out 4 to 6 days a week during the school year & totals 50 to 80 shows a semester. We retail at festivals in the summer & in the Mall during Christmas. This product, even at my discounted price of $35, has an over 4000% mark up.
We are looking for $70k to purchase the 3D camera & laser etching system, inventory, & the trappings for the show.
We are planning a Private Placement Offering and an IPO starting in the next 2 years, this will allow us to buy out our investors and begin Phase two (franchising)of our business.
I can not discuss Phase two in this format with out our confidentiality agreements in place. This could and will be a $100 Million a year business in 10 years.
