Our company consists of a group of experienced real estate investors/developers, all with 10 to 20 years of experience. Our background individually and as a company has primarily been in residential development and renovation.
However, we have planned for more than a year to start incorporating commercial real estate into our business strategy. Our goal has been to build a portfolio for long term cash flow and then sale, ultimately to an institutional buyer. Accordingly, we have recently brought in two partners with commercial real estate operating expertise. One partner is a former portfolio manager for First Industrial, and currently operates/manages over $600 million in real estate around the country for clients including First Industrial.
