we are a management and production company that seeks out talent in the music industry locally and wold wide. we intend to run are company like other major management and production companies. by the use of marketing talent to produce capital as well as growth in entertainment. we have done research and have found that there are not any major record companies in Denver CO, so we want to be the first to market this idea here in the west. I am going to use the money to establish my small business. The money
would also be used to open a bank account for my business I would use
the money to obtain my business license and permits. I would also
use the money to obtain all other documents required for my business
to be effective and up to the state's specification to be a small
business owner. The money would allow me to do the following:
Register my business with the State of Colorado, obtain my (EIN)
Employer Identification Number, and register for state taxes. The
money would be used for obtaining legal aid, promotional packages for
marketing purposes, studio time, and distribution of music and
obtaining patents of lyrics and music.
