We manufacture and distribute a commercial grade mattress cover for the hospitality, hospital, health care and university dormitories. This encasement was originally designed to prevent bed bugs from getting on beds and biting people sleeping. The encasement significantly reduces house keeping costs in hotels and hospitals. Our encasement protects the mattress from damage by liquids, mites, ticks or other allergens. The costs savings extend to preventing the loss of the mattress and box springs from Bed Bug infestations. One of the biggest losses to hotels is from the mattress becoming stained and our encasement prevents that. In all of our presentations to hotels in the US and Asia, we have not had one property not want to buy the product. Our cash flow projections show that we will be profitable in the first year of operation.
