Management of A and M Motors have 35 years in the automotive and financing industries. Our company has no debt and a substantial inventory of vehicles for sale and leased vehicles.
We are looking to expand our fleet of leased vehicles by offering to investors the opportunity to participate in the cash flow generated by our lease customers.
We would provide to our investors legal title to the vehicles (at 50-60% of the Kelly Blue Book value) during the lease period. A and M Motors maintains complete comprehesive insurance coverage and liability to one million dollars. We collect all the payments and provide monthly accounting to our investors. We also maintain the vehicles as the leasees are required to return every four months for oil changes and inspections.
Investors are returned 3.5% monthly cash flow and a 11% annual rate of return in about 30 months. Payments come directly from A and M Motors.
