AprendSoft, Inc. is a unique company based in Austin Texas. We are a software house with both a learning Management System (LMS) and Authoring tool which may be run together as a suite or independently. The LMS can run off the shelf learning courses or courses developed with our Authoring tool.
AprendSoft is in a unique position at this time. We have completed the applications under my personal funding of $500,000 so far and have approached a customer for distribution of our products in Japan. The customer in Japan is currently involved in an IPO on the Japanese Nikko exchange. The customer has indicated they would like to not only distribute our products but also invest in AprendSoft, Inc. upon completion of their IPO. This customer is presently one of the largest players in Japan in the e-Learning business. They currently create/develop courseware for some of the largest companies in Japan, to name a few, SONY, Hitachi, Honda, Toyota, Matsushita, National Electronics, the Japanese SEC equivalent, the Japanese Government and many Universities, but, they also support 8 installations of SABA software due to SABA’s poor history of support in Japan.
The customer spent 3 months evaluating AprendSoft’s products for marketability and programming hierarchy. Upon approval they sent a list of revisions they would require to distribute our product and complete replacement both SABA installations and Fugitsu installations (Fugitsu is the #1 LMS in Japan). The customer has been engaged in support of both the aforementioned products. The revisions requested by the customer will take approximately 3 months to complete. Upon installation of the revised products they have agreed to pay and exclusive licensing fee and will begin selling and installing AprendSoft products immediately. Within 4 months they will have installed approximately $400,000USD worth of products and will continue on from there. The products are multilingual for any language and any dialect due to our programming design.
AprendSoft, Inc. requires $300,000 USD in working capital to complete the revisions and 1st delivery. We are on a very short leash and I don’t know how quickly interested parties can act. The full business plan with financials is available for immediate delivery to interested parties. AprendSoft is open to any offer, straight Loan with interest of 10-15%, investment, investment with payback in 18 months and retention of a portion of the equity. Full disclosure of customer will be made prior to investment. I am aware that this is an unconventional request, but I don’t want to waste either your time or mine, I cannot afford to waste time.
