My name is Robyn Worthington, I am a Real Estate Professional, based in the Washington DC metopolitan area. I have served as a Realtor for over 10yrs and have worked with Rehabbers to locate and purchase distressed Real Estate significantly below market value. In addition, the resell of those properties.
Though I am still a Realtor, I am transitioning into the Investor arena and am in search of funding for the acquisition and rehab of distressed and foreclosed properties in both DC and MD.
Maximum loan to value will be 70% of the After Repair Value(ARV). Your investment will be secured by a Promisary Note and Deed of Trust. Investors also receive a return of 12-15% interest with a balloon payment in 6-12months, hazard insurace,lender's title insurance, a copy of appraisal, market analysis report.
