Hope To Heal reaches out to traditionally underserved populations to help women who have recently left a domestic violence situation break free from the cycle of abuse. While many programs are in place to provide temporary shelter for these women, the statistics of the percentage of women who eventually re-enter an abusive relationship is disheartening. This organization provides psychoeducational groups to help women develop tools necessary for self-sufficiency and emotional recovery. As Hope To Heal grows, it will provide similar groups covering topics such as drug and alcohol awareness, improving self-esteem, and parenting skills. While starting on a local level, Hope To Heal will quickly grow and expand to educate as many individuals and families as possible.
