Description: Play the Game is a haven for people who love to play video games. This entertainment space will have 8-10 television setups, each with a Wii, PlayStation and XBox game. People pay a flat fee per hour to come in and play in a place where they can meet new friends, choose from hundreds of games and use systems they don't own.. We will have all the latest games plus vintage and hard to find games to challenge every age and every level of player. Parents may feel safe dropping their children age 8 and up for some game time. Children are supervised in the space and may not leave until the parent/guardian who drops them off comes to get them. The atmosphere is cool and exciting and enhanced by the decor. We will run tournaments, have birthday and bachelor, parties along with corporate events and other parties available. Another revenue producer within Play the Game is the Snack Bar area and Merchandise for sale including video gaming systems, games, accessories, etc. Our Snack Bar will serve snack food items and drinks from vending machines. Play the Game will alleviate the problem of children moaning, "there's nothing to do" that all parents have heard at some point. Our security system will be topnotch with cameras watching exits, bathroom doors and any secluded areas. Parents will feel safe leaving their child in our charge. Our goal is to start small, ,watch our progress and work our way towards a larger space which will allow us to set up laser tag. If all works out as planned this could be a franchiseable product. After the initial investment and setup costs, large outlays should be minimal.
