Description:
I am in search of a group of investors to help me start up my own bed and breakfast in a tourist and now extreme ski area (silverton colorado ust 50 miles north of durango) $10,000 per investor would be great or one person with funds to help purchase the property and get it running. There is an available Bed and Breakfast just behind the Inn and Hostel I manage and have fixed up. I have a great clientel backing and have a home in Aspen I rent out to Actors, and Entertainers.
