Description:
Build large fabric/quilt store comparable to Missouri Star Quilt Co and Hancock's of Paducah. Will carry 1000's bolts of fabric, have several class/meeting rooms, sewing machine sales and repair, longarm quilting machines for rent and services. Plan on loft apartment for retreats and guest speakers. Include in house café for employees, people in class, customers, and general public. This location will be on the main highway with great visibility and traffic.
There will also be room for RV/boat storage which will generate monthly income. The land I am looking at is 2.88 acres of highway frontage.
Will file as LLC or S Corp if I can build this company.
Will pull drive in business from Colorado, Eastern Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, and general tourists. Get web business from all over.
