Description: I would be taking over an pre-existing lease from the previous owner. Previously the bar was know for its great food - the current owner does not use the pre-existing kitchen which is on the lower floor - it has all the Equipment in there and it is owned but just needs to be hooked up. I am looking to turn this bar back into the well known establishment that is used to be, with great food, great drinks and great entertainment.
