I am the Managing member of Giovanni Group, LLC and the President of Giovanni Inspections, Inc. I have a 36 year background in residential, commercial and industrial construction including carpentry, superintendent and project management. I am a State of Indiana licensed Teacher in the area of Trade and Industrial Trade and currently hold a Building Maintenance teaching position with Ivy Tech Corporate College.
Giovanni Group, LLC and ACE Hardware Corporation have been in the development phase since September 2010 to bring an ACE retail hardware business to Greenfield, Indiana. ACE Hardware Corporation is a Co-Op. We have completed the Market analysis, business plan and are currently negotiating a letter of intent with the land lord. The proposed site is in a prime location in Greenfield and is situated adjacent to a former ACE Hardware store location of which the owner retired several years ago. This is a great urban market located 14 miles east of Indianapolis, Indiana an will perform very well.
