SVHC is one of the largest hemp companies in Virginia. We offer consulting services. We supply seeds, clones, biomass, full spectrum oil, flowers and wholesale products. We run a fully functioning farm and greenhouse as well as a mass production laboratory. SVHC’s Hemp Clone sales for 2019 have been an upward sale of $900,000.00. We have 500 acres planted with roughly 1500 LBS per acre being produced with a revenue of $75000.00 per acre. The 500 acres we have planted should bring in an estimate of $37,500,000.00. SVHC plans to expand and produce between 2 and 4 million plants in 2020. We have set a sturdy foundation by producing
the Hemp Biomass which is grown on our own farm or by our contracted farmers who have purchased our clones. We are seeking a total investment of 1.5 Million Dollars, any amount will be considered as an investment to expand our lab for CBD production and increase revenue. The investment money will be applied to furthering our operation for CBD extract. The money will be used for equipment, supplies, chemicals, staffing and housing the operation. We are offering a 20% total interest to be repaid along with the principal amount borrowed within 2 years of receiving funds. If SVHC repays in less than 2 years than 17% would be the repayment along with the principal amount. Anything amount can be submitted in writing.
