Although the company has had extensive experience planning, designing, developing and constructing a variety of building types including commercial, industrial, R&D, retail, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, educational, residential and recreational facilities we have now narrowed our focus. Thereby forcing appreciation of the asset as a ‘value-add’ play. Having developed over a thousand units of subsidized, low and moderate income housing in several states we have the expertise necessary to successfully undertake and execute this program. Additionally, the company has been a consultant to the FDIC in the acquisition & disposition of properties owned by failed lending institutions that it had taken over.
